The Peace Corps is actually great for any discipline. There is curriculum within the website but the great part of the Peace Corps is there volunteers. Any teacher can request to be paired with a Peace Corps volunteer in whatever country the United States has someone on the ground. Many are teachers who will have classrooms that are eager to talk to your students! The Peace Corps is really an underrated resource
Learn Around the World has experts who travel the world or are already there who provide virtual field trips and expert advice to your students. The focus is on nature and wildlife and they do some really cool things.

Lit Trips are downloadable files that mark the journeys of characters from famous literature on the surface of Google Earth. Along the way, placemarks with pop-up windows contain "just in time" resources including relevant media, thought-provoking discussion starters, and links to supplementary information about "real world" references in that portion of the story. Our focus is on creating engaging and relevant literary experiences for students.
