Sharing Our NHD Projects With the World

Students from the American School in Tampico, Mexico evalulated the National History Day projects from Ste. Genevieve Middle School.  In a live collaboration, SGMS students presented their National History Day, websites, exhibit boards, and documentaries to the students from Mexico.  The students from Tampico then asked the students questions about their projects and learned about history in the process.  What a great example of how two schools in two different countries working together!

"Your kids were awesome Rhett.  My kids recognized how well prepared your kids were.  Even though my students didn´t know much about the history makers, they were engaged in what your kids were saying in order to formulate a question.  After the presentations one of my students received a snap-chat from one of your kids.  She was very excited!!  Thank you for letting us be part of your fair"
